As a CNC Miller / All-round Machinist you are responsible for operating our CNC machines and carrying out machining work with a high degree of precision. You work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our production processes run smoothly and that any technical problems are quickly identified and resolved.

After a nice cup of coffee, your day starts by starting the machine. You look at what tasks await you for that day and set priorities. Based on the assignment descriptions, you draw up an action plan for producing the desired parts. Depending on the specifications of the part, you switch between turning and milling operations.
During lunch you will of course talk with colleagues about Verstappen's last Formula 1 race or The Rolling Stones' new album, but throughout the day there is also room to discuss technical challenges. You share your knowledge and skills where possible, but you can of course also seek advice from our other technicians if you can't quite figure it out yourself. Don't be surprised if an emergency comes along during your workday. If a production line of one of our customers comes to a standstill, Madolex is happy to help and flexibility is an absolute necessity.
You have experience with turning and milling techniques.
Based on the project description, you can independently determine a plan of action and program our turning and milling machines accordingly. Experience with conventional (manual) milling techniques is advantageous.
You have knowledge of common software such as CAD/CAM, One CNC, CNC Style Software, and/or Fagor CNC Teach-in. Experience with Heidenhain control systems is a plus.
You possess the Madolex DNA: you have an inquisitive attitude, are willing to share your knowledge and experience with colleagues, approach challenges creatively, enjoy a joke, and above all, are honest and sincere.
You preferably reside in the vicinity of Roermond.
A competitive salary ranging from €2,500 to €3,500 per month based on a full-time contract of 40 hours. The salary is dependent on knowledge and work experience.
